England World Cup 2010
England will go into the 2010 World Cup in South Africa as one of the favourites to lift the trophy following an excellent qualification which saw them secure their birth to South Africa with games to spare. England are now managed by the Italian Fabio Capello who took over following England's failure to reach Euro 2008 and he seems to have turned the team around into a solid confident unit.
England have of course won the World Cup on just one occasion in 1966 and the English fans and punters are desparate to end their drought in South Africa. The side is packed full of world class players including the likes of Wayne Rooney, Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard who will be hoping to guide the side to victory. Over the last ten years England have flattered to deceive in major tournaments with constant underachieving but their is belief from punters that the Three Lions could finally achieve and that is reflected in the World Cup Odds.
